At Uncapped Audio, we pride ourselves on fast, reliable shipping with clear policies so you always know what to expect.
Postage Costs
We offer free UK delivery on all products, with additional delivery upgrade options available during checkout.
Handling & Order Cut-Off Times
Orders placed before 2pm (Monday–Friday) are dispatched the same day. Once your order has been collected by the courier, it will be marked as dispatched and you will receive confirmation via email or SMS.
After dispatch, orders cannot be changed or cancelled.
Delivery Terms and Methods
We use Royal Mail as our primary courier.
Delivery options include:
- Free UK Delivery – Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2–3 business days)
- Upgrade: Royal Mail Tracked 24 (1–2 business days)
- Upgrade: Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1pm (next business day)
- International – Royal Mail International Tracked (3–5 business days)
Change of Address
We are unable to change the delivery address once your order is in transit. Please contact us as soon as possible via our Contact page if you need to request changes before dispatch.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled up to the point of dispatch. After this stage, cancellations or edits are not possible.
Parcels Lost in Transit
If your order has not arrived within 30 calendar days, please reach out to us via our Contact page. We’ll investigate and respond within 1 business day.
