14-Day Returns Policy
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Items must be returned in the same condition you received them — unused and in their original packaging.
Change of Mind & Restocking Fee
Under UK law, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of delivery for a refund, provided the item is unused, unopened, and in original condition. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.
A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund on all accepted change-of-mind returns. This covers handling, payment processing fees, and product inspection.
As a small independent seller, we are not able to absorb the costs of discretionary returns in the same way large retailers do. Each return carries a significant overhead, which is why we ask customers to consider their purchase carefully before ordering.
Headphones & In-Ear Products
For hygiene and product integrity reasons, headphones and in-ear monitors are non-returnable once opened, except in cases of verified DOA (dead on arrival) reported within 48 hours of delivery.
How to Start a Return
Please contact us via our Contact page to initiate a return. Once accepted, we’ll send return instructions. Do not send items without prior approval — they will not be accepted.
Damaged, DOA, or Incorrect Products
Inspect your order upon delivery and notify us via the Contact page within 48 hours if your item is damaged, DOA, or incorrect.
Return Requirements
All returns must be securely packaged and sent using a tracked and insured shipping service. We cannot accept liability for items lost or damaged in transit.
All products are checked against recorded serial numbers. Items that do not match the serial number originally shipped, or that show signs of tampering, will not be eligible for refund.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees.
Please allow up to 5 business days after inspection for processing. Refunds may take additional time to appear in your account depending on your bank or credit card provider.
